Been wet shaver for 7 years or so and was following american shaving forums. Just recently was glad to discover that we have a forum in Australia too.

Over the years have enjoyed a few different soaps - TOBS, Palmolive, Razorock, D R Harris, Speick , Czech & Speake, Caties Bubbles etc. For me D R Harris and C&S top the list (couldn't separate between the two)
With Razors long time user of Merkur 34 C, but sometimes will try out Muhle R41 which is a bit aggressive for my liking (eventhough i get the closest shave with that one)
Brushes - toggled between Boar and Synthetics. But these days I like the boars a lot (have Semogue 1305 and SOC)

As always, will be browsing the forum for opinions and reviews and the interesting discussions.

Cheers

Welcome @JKMD - glad to have you here and I am sure you will have a great time!

Welcome mate - fair selection of stuff you have given a run there!

We had a Sydney meet up no too long ago but keep an eye out for the next one ;)

Hi @JKMD - welcome to P&C in Australia!

What is your preferred aftershave mate?

Welcome to a great forum @JKMD, You will find many here who will guide you along the path spending your money.
Now on that matter, I can recommend SE shaving as your next step followed by a straight :ROFLMAO:

@bald as ...(y) In the last few months managed to get my addiction under control,,,, hope to stay on course (but I'm sure will fall off the wagon sometime)

I prefer non-alcoholic; so haven't ventured too far in the AS territory.
I use Nivea AS balm after an Alum application
Cheers
Nice one! Well there are plenty of top AS Balms around. I think a few of the lads (myself included) prefer Natio for Men ASB over Nivea as its Aussie, cheaper and has a better scent. [emoji6]
You should try witch hazel as well - it can come in non-alcoholic and substitutes for alum if you want. [emoji106]
