Koraat on a coticule: light slurry to water. HHT off the stone was good, after stropping on Tony Miller linen, superb! 
Touchup on the blue thuri: smaller stone made a light slurry → lather → water. HHT was lovely!
Yesterday's session for today's shave. Asano progression on the Ozuku, finishing with tomo. Couldn't ask for a better edge.
Touched up the big chopper on Ozuku with an asano progression, finishing on tomo. Edge was the perfect blend of super keen, but very, very comfortable.

Couple in for rehoning this week,
given corrosion water mark clean ups buffs and then full hone work up bevel set to mixed finishers in Nakayama and Naniwa SS12k

This was NOS, but the edge looked a little off. Bevel set on SG2k, which was quite a quick job, and then diamond slurry on the suita followed by an asano progression before finishing on a tomo. HHT was very satisfying. Shave tomorrow for its maiden voyage.
SK2 on JNats: bevel set on Shapton Glass 2k, then Nakayama Suita with a diamond slurry to water. Then tomo to water. Switched to Ozuku with a botan → koma → tomo progression to finish. HHT suggests a great shave in the morning!

Giving the Shubodani a bit of overdue attention as I’ve been favouring my Nakayama for a while.
All shave tested fine, favourites for the shave test was the 2 ERNs Ator stood out closely followed by the crown & sword then the MAB and Genco

Cleaned up the SK1 and then set the bevel with a Shapton Glass 2K before a diamond slurry on the Iromono kiita and then nagura to tomo on the Ozuku. Lovely HHT.
Roman's edge was fine, but I have all these stones...

Touched up the Fili: Nakayama suita w/ diamond → nagura → tomo
Coticule edge on this Cape. Started with a light slurry and progressed to water. Tried some glycerine, and then back to water to finish. HHT was lovely.
Touch up: light slurry to lots of water laps. HHT was great off the stone.

Sungari stone was lapped with a 220 grit lapping stone, then 400 grit diamond plate, then 1000 grit diamond plate. There are still some slightly dished sections along the edges, but I'd probably need to take off another 1-2mm off to get it completely flat, and there's plenty of surface area to work off. The surface is interesting. Feels like velvet? Nothing like the Adaee 12K. Rubbing the surface with the 1000 grit diamond brings up a creamy white slurry, but I used this with water as a finisher off a synthetic progression.
Fresh Gold Dollar 100, geometry fixed, shoulder ground down, then bevel set on a Naniwa 1K. Synthetic progression - Naniwa 3K, Shapton 5K, Naniwa 8K, Shapton 12K. Then about 30 light strokes on the Sungari with water. 50 laps on linen. 50 laps on leather. Tree tops leg hairs 2mm off the skin. Time to try out the shave.
Found a couple of small chips on the edge, so went back to a diamond slurry on the Iromono kiita (love the colours on this stone; from egg yolk yellow to a deep, dark orange), then a nagura progression on the Ozuku. Finished with the tomo, and the HHT was en pointe!
