3D printed DE?

Hey guys,

Saw this and it made me laugh..... Safety Razor by jpearce - Thingiverse

Although as the printing technology improves there might be some cool DE's pop up, especially for all the Bakelite fans.

So, is this the future of shaving?

That is amazing. It's probably also amazing what the "Ink" cartridge would cost!!!-(

Right now the ABS or PLA feedstock for the printers is cheap, but that's because its all open source and generic. When Lexmark, HP et al get their proprietary cartridges in, it'll be more expensive weight for weight than gold.
