Desperately seeking German DE handle maker

A variety of vendors make handles for three-piece razors---Wolfman Razors, Above the Tie, Weber Razors, iKon, et al.---and one of those vendors is German. I saw the site just recently (out of stock, as seems to be the case for makes of DE shaving vendors), but the handles looked interesting. Damned if I can recall the name or the URL---I have a vague memory of Jansen or the like. But my google-fu is not strong enough to find it.

Does this ring a bell with anyone?
 
@Leisureguy there is a bj sharp over on the Facebook 'Wet shaving enablers but, sell, trade' page selling a Jurgen Hempel handle
