DR Harris Marlborough cream tub - help

So I got an order of this in... Except its essentially the consistency of a soft soap and nothing remotely like a cream like in a proraso tube or TOBS tub.

Is this still useable? - Do i need to chuck in some drops of water to rehydrate it? Or should I be contacting the seller for a replacement / credit?

Can't say I've tried that one. Creams do differ in consistency. Why not try using it as a soap? load up your brush in the tub. If it's quite firm you'll be fine and won't scoop up half a tubful. I usually swirl my brush in cream tubs, even if they're creamy.

My wife is using a TOBS Rose tub that has the consistency that you describe. Yet the previous Almond one she was using was quite runny in comparison.

I put it down to the temperature, but maybe it's just variation.
