I picked up an old Ever-Ready as a bonus with a razor recently and decided to have a go a putting a new knot in and cleaning it up. Though it may not be perfect I am pretty happy with the result.

Thanks Mate. I used a "20mm two band finest" from Virginia shaving (China) they were recommended for a reasonable priced good knot and I am not disappointed. Soft, dense and backbone, though I am no expert.
