Guide to maintaining your straight razor

Just looking around. Camellia Oil is organic. It doesn't go rancid with time? I thought organic was a no no. Then again we're not talking about long term storage are we so likely doesn't matter?

You're absolutely right, I autosol every blade that doesn't have etching on it, leaves a protective film, I do it a couple of times a year on my blades and it keeps them well protected.
