Thanks for the warm welcome.

I currently use a Merkur 34C (HD) with a Frank Shaving Silvertip Badger brush.

I have a 12 year old boar brush that us well and truly broken in that I use when travelling. Jumping between Persona reds, Treet and Prosilvers as my favored blades.
 
I like me Treets too. I don;t hear enough love for them...

For me they perform as well as the Persona Reds.

I tried feathers but ended up with a buch of weepers and felt like i'd run a cheese grater over my neck. Will try them again after I've perfected my technique - or at least stopped most of the alum sting
