Hi everyone. I am a life long electric shaver user (I’m almost 58 years old). Approx 15-20 years ago I bought a Dovo 98 5/8 Mother of Pearl razor, had it honed by a Honemeister but never used it. Well my electric broke a month or so ago, so I started wet shaving with my Mecur 34C with excellent results. But I wanted to use my Dovo, but it was so small and fiddly, same as my Dovo shavevette where I kept cutting my face. So I bought a larger Henckels 17 1/2 which is a 7/8” razor (which was honed by the seller) and it was so much easier to use & not chop myself up at the same time. It’s great! I’m really looking forward to learning from everyone here.
