Hey @Monsta_AU - does the bbcode we use here allow images to be resized?

I've just posted in the FS forum, and linked to some images previously posted on here, but was unable to make the images smaller in the way I thought should happen.

How should we go about doing this ?
 
The short answer is that it does not. It breaks the responsive design on the mobile devices.

They way to go about it is to use the correct/reasonable size images.

There is a way to resize an attachment when you upload it, however the attachments are turned off so that we can maintain a smaller & faster database.

Once I have the update applied to the forums, I will be releasing a 'supporter' hosting package which will allow people to host their own images if they donate. Same datacentre as we are hosted in, separate server.
 
I'm happy enough to just upload to imgur - but in this case I was just linking to an image another user had previously posted. I thought the original image was a little too large, so was trying to make it a bit smaller.
