I figured I'd start a new thread to post up kamis that need ID'ing.

Any ideas on this one?

The 7 characters running the center of the blade read
Yama-Shita-Kana-Mono-Ten-Toku-Sen.
Which translates as Yamashita Metalworks (literally metal things shop) Specially Selected.
SWMBO reckons that the two small characters on the right are Toku-Sen (specially selected) again but isn't 100% sure due to the small size in the photo.
Yamashita is a relatively common family name

One of the advantages of being married to a Japanese.
I only knew four of the seven characters and only knew the correct pronunciation of three of those. I totally missed the first character (which means mountain) and I'm going to blame that on the photo rather than my Japanese ability (of lack thereof) although both my wife and kids identified it right away.
