You don't have to attach the string to the end of the handle, your choice.

In all seriousness, I do like the design aesthetic in terms of it being a "modern" razor, in contrast to the typical knurling or machining.

I really like the aesthetics of the "knurling", this might actually be the razor that convinces my partner to get in on DE shaving! If it's any good that is.

Also saw this Russian reviewer who seemed to have little trouble mowing down his growth.

The Companion might be mild but efficient?
