have just recently been dealing with @the_shaving_sailor and want to give him a shout out for the outstanding effort he made in helping me after I purchased a Gem 1912 in the Gong. Me being wide eyed and bushy tailed as I am fairly new to wet shaving I knew nothing about what I purchased.
The razor was tarnished and the head bent so it could not be used.
He was always upfront about what he could do and very honest.
When I figure out how to post pics up on this forum I will show you all his workmanship. He even made the deal sweeter by including a few sets of blades to get me going on single blade shaving also a few De blades to try.
I recommend that anybody give him a go if they want a razor refurbished.
