Not sure why I haven't posted this here yet.

Wife wasn't super impressed by these being next to her rings, but wow.

I use a soft toothbrush to scrub off soap trapped in the head, then it goes for a bath.

Ebay Ultrasonic cleaner.
Splash of morning fresh
Splash of Windex
Warm tap water.
