




So, as most know from a previous post, I purchased some Yaqi knots on sale and sat on them until I managed to get some cheapie handles for them. Picked these up with my DSC-Z0.
Turns out, 24mm handles mean cavity width exactly 24mm. A quick few turns with the Dremel opened them to a more accommodating 26mm.
I set the SHD gel tip badger at 53mm (as deep as I could go without drilling the cavity further) and the HD gel tip boar was set on washers to raise its loft to 55mm. Test fitted with no washers (51mm), and there was very little splay and way too stiff.
Let the silicone cure for 2 days before I give it a go.
