Picked up this Slim on eBay. Gillette Slim I2 (1963)
Apparently it has been replated in the US a couple of years ago. Seems in pretty good nick and all moving parts seem to function well.
It's had a wash and a bath in barbicide and should be good to go.

The proraso green is an old favourite. Can't wait to get into some menthol goodness during the hot humid buildup season here in Darwin.

First time I've bought Tabac. Probably won't lather it up till the weekend, but I've been sniffing it out of the jar. The scent is definitely familiar somehow - perhaps my father or others from my childhood used it. Definitely old fashioned (emphasis on old). Shaving with this is one thing, but I wouldn't want to o walk around all day smelling like this
