This is a landmark weekend for us. After 4 years of chronic illness our son has made a recovery and has moved to Sydney to start a new job on Monday. Mission accomplished.:) Of course we are going to miss him and every time I walk past his room there's the lonely guitar.:cry:

Bowl: Pereira Shavery Lathering Bowl
Soap: Captain's Choice 45th Parallel sample
Post: Palmers Olive Butter Lotion

A quick morning SOTD with the Yintal and the shave was super smooth with DFS results in two simple passes. Started off on setting #2 then finished off #3 with no irritation nor fuss (y) Finished off the sample and will happily grab a tub as I love the cherry cola scent, plus it performs quite well. Ended with some hydrating Olive Butter... Happy shaves!

Just part of my broader environmental care. Think of all that energy in turning the phone on and taking another pic each morning!

Post/After-shave:- T.N. Dickinson Witch Hazel Astringent mixed into the 240ml bottle with Natural Glycerin (20 drops) & Tea Tree Antiseptic (10)
Fragrance:- Dolce&Gabbana The One for Men

Added str8 shave to Saturday ritual. No blood letting yet :)
Tried following the Thomas method to the letter today, keeping all the water in the brush, and threw caution to the wind when it came to lather flying all over the place
Achieved a very nice slick lather and surprised at the difference between lather in the bowl that looked thin and watery but painted on nice and slick.

We may be visiting my sis in law next month if the corona hype dies down.

Really love the Fresca Intensa scent, really remind me of 4711 which we had in the house when I was growing up so it's complete nostalgia for me.

Absolutely no irritation whatsoever after this shave. Still getting used to handling and getting a good technique so my shaves are taking a bit longer. To be expected. Love the soap scent! Cant wait to try other APR products

Now to venture off to do a food shop.. or attempt to
