@SpeedyPC. From my usage, Plisoft style knot and feel, same springiness present. Makes a great travel brush for those who have weight restriction issues. So far it has held up to everything I have given it. I use it in rotation for those quicky shaves I don't paste on SOTD.
 
I think mine is great & convinced me to convert to synthetic brushes. I use badger & boar brushes and doubted a synthetic. This has great back bone, is splash and go, is so cheap you could use it for a week and be happy, and is great for a travel brush. I paid $6 for it and the same for the shave cream at Woolies, an absolute bargain. I slao got one for my son who is learning to straight shave. The one thing I really like about it is that it is perfect for triple milled soaps and it makes a rich lather with no effort.
