Depends if you like the Yaqi Final Cut already and want a heavier razor or if you are coming from neither and want a brass adjustable, I'd go with the Pearl personally. The price on the Yaqi is due to the small-batch they made as they didn't think it would sell.

I own both and as much as I like the Pearl, I think the YAQI Brass is a better razor.

Having said that, I paid a lot less for my YAQI Brass Final Cut than that being advertised there.

I have the non brass version, just recently bought it, too.

If this is anything like that one, it's $189 worth of razor sitting in my draw while I still use my Rocca or DE89.
