Thanks @Speedie for thinking of me but I don’t buy much other than razors and I have 99% of the ones I want so I would fare better than most in The Boys Candy Store.
I focused on aftershaves, as these cannot be shipped to Oz directly.
Couldn't resist a couple of soaps I was hankering after, however.
The first impression is pretty good, but maybe not as comprehensive as you may have expected. But this is due to the long narrow aisles, and the sheer number of shelves, starting at foot level and stacked all the way to the roof.
The longer you stay, the more you realise that they guys have virtually everything!
The biggest bonus of the afternoon (I spent three hours there) was the camaraderie among the browsing wet shaving customers, the friendliness of expertise of the Proprietor (Leon), and the incredible range of products. Every time I thought that they had almost everything, but not a particular line, I then spotted it on the top shelf or elsewhere.
You can literally stop at the section for every supplier, and sniff-test virtually all their products (and I mean all their products). Sure; the odd variant may be missing, but typically >90% of their entire range is present.
And not just the US Artisans; the European Artisans, and all the Classics from North America and Europe. For example, the range of DR Harris, Geo F Trumper, and Taylor of Old Bond Street products was astounding. Not just the soaps and aftershaves, but the complete range of grooming products, including bar soaps, body washes, shampoos, hair care, skin care, the complete works. Similarly, an astounding range of the Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, German, and other European classics.
I genuinely struggled to think of a Supplier that they did not stock, and I know plenty.
The place is definitely one to put on the bucket list.

What I can still not understand is some of the folks on US based forums who REFUSE to travel there from Brooklyn/Queens/Newark as it is such a 'hassle' to go into Manhattan ...

100% agree, Mate. It was an amazing experience.
You get that here too. I know people who won't drive to Hobart from here (roughly 200km) because it's "too far", but when I lived in WA I'd routinely have to drive 3 or 4 times that. I've done several Nullarbor crossings now, but I don't think I'll do it towing a caravan again, though.

I used to have to drive from Cairns to Melbourne once a year (with lots of stops along the way, talking to business partners) and I came to dread that trip. I can't imagine a Nullabor crossing, which I've only done once as I chickened out and flew back, with a caravan!
