The force is strong with this one..........I made a list beforehand, and stuck to it, but the temptation was strong.![]()
Thanks @Speedie for thinking of me but I don’t buy much other than razors and I have 99% of the ones I want so I would fare better than most in The Boys Candy Store.
100% agree, Mate. It was an amazing experience. You got to Pasteurs!
Congratulations, it is incredible and MUST be experienced in person to be fully appreciated.
What I can still not understand is some of the folks on US based forums who REFUSE to travel there from Brooklyn/Queens/Newark as it is such a 'hassle' to go into Manhattan ...
You get that here too. I know people who won't drive to Hobart from here (roughly 200km) because it's "too far", but when I lived in WA I'd routinely have to drive 3 or 4 times that. I've done several Nullarbor crossings now, but I don't think I'll do it towing a caravan again, though. What I can still not understand is some of the folks on US based forums who REFUSE to travel there from Brooklyn/Queens/Newark as it is such a 'hassle' to go into Manhattan ...

I think the difference might be psychological since it's the car that's doing the pulling. But for some reason, I found that more tiring than driving a semi.I can't imagine a Nullabor crossing, which I've only done once as I chickened out and flew back, with a caravan!![]()
