And for all those taking advantage of three days off between Easter Monday and Anzac Day, enjoy your 10 day break! 
I'll take Easter as it's given, but is it 2025 already? 
I only know 3 people who can renovate, or do most things to my satisfaction and price point: me myself and IAll I've got planned for Easter is painting the laundry
It's hard to find someone who will renovate a room and paint as well.
If you want something done properly, you have to do it yourself.

I joined the Navy at 16 and left when I was 42. I didn't even buy a house until I was 43 so I really don't have those kinds of skills. I'm more than happy to pay someone that does.
But, if you need someone to wire up the electrics on a boat, shoot someone or a qualified explosives demolition handler, then I'm your man
