Brush: TroyCraft "Opalesque" 28mm AP G5C
Soap: D.R. Harris Windsor
Razor: Blackland Vector
Blade: Schick Proline
Post-shave: TND witch hazel, homebrew moisturiser, Oxford & Cambridge cologne

I've spent the last week revisiting the Vector with this soap, and it's been a real pleasure. The WR4 somewhat put it in the shade for me, but I'm not at all sure why. The Vector delivers a glorious shave, especially with the Proline.

Though Iā€™ve not had a WR4 Iā€™ve also been using the Vector this week to compare when the AD La Faulx ++ arrives for my birthday. Hopefully the La Faulx will top it or more $$ā€™s flying away šŸ˜‚

Are you able to use Prolines with your Vector? There's a thread here where there are some comparatively exhaustive measurements taken arising from Shane's 2022(?) tightening of the specs (Blackland no longer mentions the Proline as being suitable for the Vector). Mine's an older model, and I've had no issues.

That said, I'm pretty confident you'll find La Faulx to be a supƩrieure razor. I've been giving some consideration to putting my shekels down for one myself when the exchequer allows for it...

Yes mine fits the P30, though I had heard there was an issue with some not or taking every 2nd or 3rd blade, which ā€œdidnā€™tā€ gel with me as I couldnā€™t see Schickā€™s tolerances being out like that. Yes šŸ¤ž the La Faulx will shine
