Sunday Afternoon 18/01/2026
I had a lovely shave this afternoon with the TGS Synthesis SS DE I always get a good shave out of this razor as long as I use a suitable blade. For me the feather works well some blades don’t work in this razor.
Which I guess is down to it’s 0.62mm blade gap
And 0.02mm exposure.
All in all, it’s a very well-made razor with everything in the right place.
The Jack Jarvis Thai ginger zest soap has a wonderful scent that actually filled my bathroom with a beautiful fresh fragrance of spicy ginger and I think cinnamon but I’m no soap guru.
The Cella aftershave splash is classic scent that reminds you of an old barbershop the way they used to be.
1 pass WTG 1 pass ATG with a few touch-ups.
No nicks no worries Done.
Have a great next shave.
