3 unsealed NOS bowls. I noticed the slightly different colour of puck 2 when ordering but not the different label.
Bowl 1 has 33 Old Bond Street London on the label and Yardley Hair Tonic label inside the lid, Bowl 2 has neither of these and Bowl 3 bowl, puck, size and label, is obviously different. I could not find any threads or websites dedicated to identifying the different variants by label.

$30 refund and delivered in 7 days - cannot complain about that

Thank you Griffith Shaving.

You sound happy today! 😁
I’m bloody happy being home from nearly three months in spinal rehabilitation hospital, I still have a few permanent bitchy issue for life. Long story.

Family Conversation;
SWMBO, I know it arrived a few days ago, but while @Mark1966 is upset, at present it would be insensitive to post.
ME, But @Holiday showed he had 3 and I only had 2.
SWMBO. Well remember I told you so!!
I guess I only have about 2½ now: my current Black Label, another rarey I haven't been able to find anything about: a woodsy chypre that's even nicer, and the remains of a Green Label stick in its very own glass jar. Every now and then, I get cravings for more, but so far I've managed to be a bit ruthless with myself.

If I continue to be a bit careful, that might last me about 3 years. My Valobra/C&S stash will probably last a bit longer, but I wish it were the other way around... :unsure:

Yes my “nostalgic” shave is vintage Old Spice, but sometimes the way a SE glides through the Yardley, I do have 2nd thoughts?

Great, but none of this chatter is getting my Vintage Yardley :cry:

Well, depending on how much $$$ you're prepared to pay, it's still available here and there. My searches just now came up with $179-240 per puck for NOS, but it might be better just to be patient and keep looking from time to time for a better deal. Yardley might arguably be the best shaving soap ever made, but now it's very much a past tense.

Occasionally, deceased estates come up, offering more affordable prices. Much as I do love Yardley, I'm no longer really prepared to go to those lengths to secure it. I disappeared down that rabbit-hole out of nostalgia, and (to put it mildly) pursued it far longer than was wise. Now I'll just enjoy what I have until it's gone.

If it were in my power, I'd wind back the clock and send you some Yardley that you so improvidently sent me some years ago, but that's all gone, gone away...
