Kyoku sake infused shave cream

Short answer this stuff is crap. I hate it. It's a brushless cream, i thought I would get lather but i was wrong. This smells like shit and applies with the consistency of axle grease. It feels disgusting on the skin and it feels like the razor doesn't glide comfortably.

It's only saving grace is that it has a mild cooling effect but not to the extent that you get with proraso.

This is obviously one product that the Japanese do not know how to make.

For some reason I had really high hopes for this.

I got some of their body wash as a sampler as part of an order. I agree that their offerings aren't that special.

I got a sampler of th body wash - Fire or earth or some such? Anyway I really liked it.

I haven't tried the stuff Minorci has yet.
