Hey!
I'm not much of a forum participator, but here I am.
I come from Sydney and my name is Mark. I've been wet shaving for over 4 months now and my main setup consists of the:
Muhle R89
Muhle 33K256
Cella soap
and Lord Super Chrome blades.
I also have Proraso green, Muhle buckthorn croap, TOBS sandalwood, and very recenly acquired a Semogue 1305. I'm currently back through my sampler pack of blades to test them with my improved technique, and I'm pretty sure I've found a few winners. I'm very interested in straight razor shaving, kamisori in particular but that might just be me trying to compensate my babyface for what I think is a more masculine art. bleh.
My other hobbies consist of mechanical keyboards, video games, and discovering melodic electronic music.
Feel free to ask me anything you like, I really like giving complete answers.

Hey Dale, electronic music is the most flexible 'genre' of music that currently exists. I used apostrophes because I personally wouldn't consider EDM (Electronic Dance Music) as a genre, more as a generalised term. I might be using the word 'melodic' incorrectly, but I refer to various forms of electronic music with a strong atmospheric melody. Sorry but I can't really give a better response than that. I loosely understand exactly what qualities of music I enjoy myself.

From a bloke that can't keep a beat with two sticks I have to take your word for that Mark. I have the same discussions at church with myself being a lover of the old hymns, words and music and the younger members. Nobody is right. It's all music I guess (even if I can't discern any music in all that noise). But I guess my parents said the same about my tastes.

There is plenty of that sort of thing in the 'Electronica' genus of music. Everything from the Chilled genres right through to Big-Room Trance Mega Anthems.

I'm thinking the likes of Quench, Itch-e & Scratch-e , Jam & Spoon and a hella lot from Platipus, Noom and Bonzai record labels would rate up there if I'm upon the right track.

They'll go quick I predict as he's acquired a good brand/maker. @Draco Noir has a few and is getting very keen on them.

mm, tempting, I don't know if I'm ready to commit, but such opportunities don't seem to be plenty. Does @Mark do this kind of thing often?

Ah yeah, I've forgotten about aftershaves. I currently use both Nivea's balm and Sul Filo Del Rasoio. I'm beginning to suspect that Proraso's SFDR might be giving me minor problems, might just be victim of circumstance.

Funny that. I've never met anyone else named Mark, despite being such a common name. You could call me Markus or Marky if you like, feel free to misspell it in any way you like. My coworkers make sure to put in the effort to.

I'd love to try out Model M's, but I have no luck finding one on the occasion I go to an open market. I'd import a Unicomp but they don't come in tenkeyless and international shipping from them is something absurd like $100 aud to shipping alone. My boards are all Cherries and their knockoff variants except for an alps board manufactured by Ducky. I own 4 tenkeyless boards, one Cherry brown, one Alps black, one Outemu blue and one Gateron blue. I also own a full size Cherry brown board.

As for music, it's allover the place. I'm unfamiliar with any of the artists or labels you've mentioned. I'm a big fan of various styles of Drum and Bass, especially liquid dnb such as Liquicity. I quite picky with my music, but there's very few genres I dislike as a whole. I have a large youtube playlist of music if you're interested, I'd just rather not publicly post it.

I'm almost entirely a PC gamer, spending large portions of my time with most noteably Dota 2, many of the Call of Duty titles and Path of Exile. There's quite a lot of other games i've logged plenty of hours in, but they're more of a phase thing. I also own many handhelds, but I don't use them very often. I own both of the current gen handhelds and only own one game for them. Been feeling spend happy this year, including the shaving thing and I don't think I should be proud of it, heh.

A quick goggle divulges we are discussing keyboard, in particular those with a mechanical keypad (you might know them as the one's that had some resistance to them) as opposed to pressure based pads you mash keys into in a vain hope there's no contaminants that prevent contact.
Consoles (Playstation?XBOX etc) vs PC (what most use to post here most of the time, the rest is most likely done via phone or tablet)
Music music MUSIC
Good shit too, you know, stuff with nil or minimal words, so the music alone can tell the tale and evoke emotions, rather than being dictated to by some phoney 'artist'.
As for spending, run, run NOW!
Just wait until you try artisan and vintage consumables

I used to despise the thought of a chopped off keyboard, I do kind of miss the keypad sometimes, and the dedicated calculator key on the 108 format of my Ducky Shine. I spilled some honey water on that ducky shine and now some keys are all sticky (It's been at least 3 months and I STILL haven't bothered trying to hot water inject it). I was forced to use the my tenkeyless alps I bought as a backup and ended up loving the ergonomic benefits of a tenkeyless. Now, if it's not a TKL, I won't buy it.

Oh man, I'd love to try out Shaver Heaven, Catie's Bubbles and Reef Point Soaps. It's a shame the latter two are quite inaccessible to us Aussies. I've also come across Soap Era, Willows and and another soap from an ebay seller called gma_maca. They don't seem to get any attention here so I'm quite curious.
Frustrating isn't it? Feeling obliged to finish off your current pucks of soaps but still wanting to delve into more variety right now.
As for vintage consumables, I'm not familiar. Wouldn't a 40 year old puck of soap be rotten by now?
