Today's story though is the blade. I had a white plastic holder for these that I had to break to remove the blades. That was some time ago but it MIGHT have looked like one of these -

I didn't have the card - just the container. The blades are made in France.
On first shave, not always a reliable guide, these things are superb! Smooth and sharp, so nice.
Seriously people, why cannot ALL blades be made like the 'good old days'?
