MarkWelcome to the other side of the world @twhite!
I'm fascinated as to why somebody 'fairly new' to real shaving would make their own razor - and one so stylish and 'out of the box' ???
Once our anti-spammer procedures are out of the way we would love to hear more about you and the process of designing the Bunny
At the moment my favorite setup that would be.Hey @twhite - welcome!
I've enjoyed hearing about your razor and can't wait to see you bring it into production.
What's your favourite shave gear - if you had a morning to just shave to your heart's content- what would you choose from what you have? [emoji4]

Good question. I will give you the short story right now.
When I first started on my wet shaving adventure it was only vintage DE's.
I then picked up an ER 1912 to see how they shaved. I loved it. Gave me way better shaves than any DE.
A few weeks later I picked up an early Shcick E2. That was it. For me SE's and injectors only.
So after a month of getting a few more injectors and studying them. Really just admiring them. I figured why not try to make my own. As I am a machinist by trade. I had access to the machines at work.
I originally did this just to see if I could even make one that did not maim me.
