If you have been paying attention, you will know that I bought a brush from @Mark1966, which AusFail decided to somehow crush. I used it over Easter and the cracked handle got worse so when I got home I did this;

One good hit with a large hammer to the base of the handle and it shattered. Now I need to find a new handle for it. So this bring me to the question for all the brush guru's here;

The knot (diameter of the glue) is 19.5mm. What size hole do I need in the handle????

TIA!

Is it a trick question?
Larger than 19.5mm is the answer!
I'd make sure it fit snugly but not forced. So it doesn't have to be much larger. But you could always sand the inside a smaller brush handle I make it fit.
