Great success with the wet method today. Though I could have loaded a little longer.

Lather looks still great @silver and I'm sure there was enough in there to shave a couple of times ;)

Damn nearly took a photo to post in this thread today. Chubby & SH Tallow gave me the most dense, glossy lather I have ever seen. You would have been proud..

Why didn't you? Should have made it a condition :D

Than you must have used you're other free hand to created the lather instead of using a bowl ;)

Sorry to disappoint you - but all my lather shots are face lathered. I leave one pass on the face, take the picture and start my actual shave. My free hand is...free :D

No wonder I couldn't master you're bloody lather skills no matter how hard I try, I guess I'm not patient enough :( no wonder long live the lather master of P&C (y)

Thank you @silver - you are too kind!

@SpeedyPC I posted these videos a while ago - just follow them, using a good thirsty soap.

When you are loading and think you are done, add water and load more - do this 3 times after you think you have absolutely overloaded your brush.

When you are building the lather and think you are done - add more water and keep building. Do this 5 times after you think you have great lather...

@alfredus I can face lather 100 times easier and quicker with cream soap, and it's very creamy and slick sometimes I can't get it right with either with soft soap & hard soap apply to my face so this is why I use a bowl and I can whip up a lather just under 2 mins. I try that many times with the youtube clip you've provided me I'm just not good enough with soft soap and hard soap when cream soap is much easier, so I use a bowl for soft soap and hard soap........never try a shave soap stick yet, I will very soon.

OK, this is a lather shot from my Lather guru - the same guy who posted the above mentioned lather videos - with Esbjerg CREAM

So no excuses - post a picture of that shiny lather :D :D :D

Yeah - this ^^^^

I'm sure what is going on here is what happens with those burgers that look so good in the advert but the reality is a whole lot different ... ;)
