Hi, everyone, greetings from Melbourne. I've been DE shaving since about 2007, but had a hiatus for about for some years starting around 2010, until this year. I've always used a DE razor during that time, just not exclusively. However, this year, I've gotten back into DE shaving, and have started to buy new products again. I originally got into DE shaving because I got tired of using crappy 3 or 5-blade cartridge razors. I did a quick Google search, and started watching videos on YouTube, specifically Mantic's videos, and loved it. I've been using a Merkur HD 34C, but recently bought an iKon OSS, and love it. I've never had any experience with any artisan soaps until this year. I've used Razorock XXX and Shaver Heaven, which I love. I also love using the old standbys such as Tabac, Proraso, and my personal favorite, Speick. Anyway, happy shaving everyone.

Hi. I just joined the forum today as well. I looked at this forum a few years ago & it was fairly empty. I'm glad to see its growing now :).
I have a few de razors which I use on my head. I'm trying to get into using a straight on my face.
