I just find I make mess if I load too much.

I don't look at the clock - but try something like 3-5 min with water adding to it ~every 30 sec

Maaate that’s a few loads in one for me, I shall try this tomorrow

I would assume that you start with a brush, that is too wet (for my liking)...try with less water at the beginning and gradually incorporating it into the lather...

It appears you have assumed correctly, started with the badger drier than i have been and loaded the brush for couple of mins as suggested... it made a significant difference. cheers
