Wasn't really sure where to start this, nor if it's already been started - my search skills are limited (just ask my other half). Mods feel free to move, ridicule or delete.

Thought it might be handy for those who shop local to know where they can buy from onshore and whether the shop is any chop.

So other than the Shaver Shop :sick::sick:

I found (I have now rated the stores based on the thread for a quick reference - number and expression of faces represents how P&Cers rate this establishment):
Mens Biz :D:D:D:D:D:D
Shaver Hut :D:D:D
The Shave Shed :D
The Shave Shack :sleep: (might be closed?)
(see below for other Australian stores identified during the course of this thread)

So far I've only tried Mens Biz and found them helpful with great service…and the free samples are a nice touch. Also bought from in the Shaver Shop - and will leave that for future moments of desperation. Otherwise Shaver Hut and The Shave Shed both seem to have a good array of stock online with little overlap but they remain an unknown quantity. While the Shave Shack seems to be out of most stock??

Be keen to hear more.

You forgot Himage - another Melbourne based store (hint, it's at the bottom of every page).

There have been a couple close, I think Shave Shack has been open and closed a few times.

I think you've tagged the best of what we have so far. SShack never seem to have anything in, seems like a very part time operation. ShaverShop, well, you've seen the prices...Mens Biz has gone from strength to strength and their delivery can't be beat. Their service is exemplary too.

For what they don't have I've used Shaving.ie and Connaughts. links at bottom of the page.

Nope - I'm with Drubs - Mensbiz or international. I did pick up some cheap stuff from another Aussie supplier but I think they were shutting down
 
I use both mensbiz and shave hut. Shave hut stocks a few things i like that I cant find on mens biz. They are quick and things have arrived just fine.
 
I don't buy stuff anymore. You'll have a few splurges and end up with more gear than you can use in several life times. Sad, but I'm not looking out for the postman to deliver shaving gear anymore. A few sad faces inserted here would be appropriate but I'm not that desperate.

I'm the same. I went through a year or so of buying up gear then realised I have to start using it. I only buy blades now and even that has dried up. The odd brush maybe.

Yes I have 3 large plastic boxes full if things to use up. The satisfaction of throwing out an empty tube/bottle comes too rarely...... I have however bought a few blades and razors. Still searching for the ultimate blade razor combo
 
I just can't get motivated to buy more stuff, I have years worth of blades, multiple razors and several brushes not to mention the creams and soaps.

My last two purchases have been somewhat incestuous purchases, from within P&C. From Mark actually.

I've bought from shaver hut before. They stock some things that I haven't seen in any other local store eg mama bears soaps

Haven't needed to buy anything for a while though

Living rural I got enough land but more importantly here a lotta sheds - so happy to store some items…as well as empty a few of them pesky bottles or tubes for you….not just the Tabac but...
