Many online retailers are satisfactory, but some are very good! I made an order and hadn’t heard anything, a week later I just sent an inquiry about it. They responded immediately, posted my order the next day express, included an extra free soap and brush as well! I was blown away.
So if you need anything of the brands they stock, head on over, enjoy the retro site décore, play a game of Pac-Man just to get in the vibe, and party like it’s 1999.
Good customer service deserves to be appreciated. I often use feedback as a guide buying online - what else do we have to go on? What good experiences have you had from online retailers?
