Spotted this listed on Ebay this morning - suffice to say the picture (which was its ONLY one) tells the entire story.

To be fair perhaps it's marketing genius as from the tiny thumbnail I thought WHAT bloody razor is that? and we are talking about it now. Got us all eh?

Yikes, that doesn't inspire much confidence as I've got one on route to me. That said every step of the way I've found the 'caution' folks put out with shaving items has been the bark being worse than the bite e.g Feather blades, Merkur Slant. A shavette was the only one that matched/exceeded the warnings.
