Like and post comments where you can and gradually it will let you. It's probably set up to get rid of the automatic bots. @Monsta_AU our grand Lord and chancellor of this site always seems to have to chime in with instructions. Usually it's something along the lines of: "check your welcome email" or something like that...
 
Certain amount of time as a member.
Certain number of posts.
Look at your trophies for clues.

Eventually it will all unlock. Patience grasshopper.
 
Ahhh ok i see. Never heard of that in any forums before. I can see it would weed out alot of troll and bot accounts, but wouldnt it also discourage people that are not looking to be overly active?

It's pretty small to be honest, and we find that the people that do sign up tend to participate more.

Most of the bots and spammers get weeded out by the manual approval process. They are usually easy to spot.

Many other forums have a minimum number of posts per week in order to use the B/S/T section. Here there is just a line to cross once. Pretty low bar as well for membership really. Just look at all the riff-raff that's here... I tell you...
