No, its an R1. Was looking for an R2 for my birth quarter/year. This was as close as I could get. I did read that some first quarter were stamped as Q1 by mistake so I like to think that this is close enough.

Nice I got an R1 too. Birth year but R3 is a birth quarter. Great having another '71 vintage, what a glorious year for the world!
