Ah, forget about chasing your tail with domestic sellers. Its in stock at The Superior Shave, who have one of the worst websites around BUT are REALLY nice people and give great service.......around $40 delivered! Watchawaitinfo?

Sorry domestic sellers but you've got to be vaguely competitive and $70 vs $40 isn't - thats called fatter margins or poor inventory purchasing, either one isn't the consumers problem.

Don't go any of the other options etc or insurance...not needed IMHO.

I bought my slant from them and they were great - delivered in around a week from ordering....no bells and whilstes but they do this deliberately to keep the prices low ......but at some point you'd think it'd save them money to upgrade it a tad?

Yes, alas no jesting......strikes me as they've tried to add more content and info and haven't wanted to change the very OLD basic HTML type layout and have as a result made it a bit of a rabbit's warren. They are amongst the best in the world for pricing on Merkur razors and if you email them expect a reply back VERY quickly (allowing for time zone differences). I'd definitely buy from again as on items like this its a price motivated purchase IMHO......on a TV or car ok you should pay a lil more for that service etc but as long as it's whats stated and its posted within a few days not much can go wrong with a 3 piece Merkur.

Just ordered the 34C standard pack from them for a total of $110 :) Hopefully it only takes the week like you said!

Nah, hmmm I did actually mean not to go with the 'pack' options and well some of those other products wouldn't be my first choices in their respective catergories and I don't think they're sensational value like the 34c is BUT I'm sure they'll be fine and its very convenient. Don't get me wrong some of them like the Osma Alum are the best you can buy but when generic ALum's are ~$3 from best shave I'd question they being worth that much more.

You've definitely got some good kit there...I'm just a very 'savvy' shopper so don't mind me. Let us know how long it takes to arrive. :-)
