Hey Fellow Shavers,,

I'm a recent convert to wetshaving after my SO bought me a DE shaving kit for Christmas. Since then I've been shopping for new razors, soaps and blades.

I have enjoyed every minute of shaving so far, certainly beats the rashes I got from my electric as a teenager, then cartridge razors through my twenties, and simply clipper trimming through my early thirties. I can honestly say I'm now addicted!!

Looking forward to reading reviews and thoughts about different razors and soaps, chatting with fellow enthusiasts, and maybe even sharing the enjoyment with new wetshavers.

I have definitely fallen down the rabbit hole, and thinking about my next soap/s to purchase.

Shave time (even though it isn't daily) has definitely become a zen moment for me at home. Love the half hour to myself, a warm bathroom filled with the scent of shave soaps, the smooth feeling of a sharp blade across the skin, and then a baby bottom smooth face after the shave. Just thinking about it brings a zen feeling to mind.

I hope your Significant Other (if there is one) knows to leave you alone in your Zen moment. I find it threatens to upset my whole day when Mrs Gargravarr decides to interrupt my shave.
