Maybe I am the only one but I really like the knot in the P&C LE brush. As good as may of the knots mentioned in my opinion.

For me Paladin, M&F are very good but I rate my Shavemac 2 band right up with them.

No, but here are pictures of B1 and B2 - does that help? These ones at least look pretty similar to me, not sure about B3 and B4.
