Large gap Wolfman shave today.

Started my shave this morning (with the WR2).
Hmmmm...it's certainly cutting close today. Get to point of chin and it feels like a blunt blade now. Sort of catching a bit, maybe a tad scratchy?
Finish above top lip, down around jaw line.
Wow this feels like a really close shave.
Oh...oooops...I forgot that yesterday after my shave I loosened the handle a couple of turns to rinse the razor.
Just grabbed it and shaved this morning but forgot that loose handle.
No idea what sort of blade gap I had, but it must have a tad gnarly.
Anyway, I do have a lovely close shave for the day.
Am I the only silly bugger to have done this?
Or...what other weird stuff have you done? You know...one of those 'DOH' moments.

@Blackie - you are absolutely not the only silly bugger to have forgotten to tighten the head of the razor. I confess having done the same on more than one occasion.

I've done this on a Rockwell before - now i check and double check.

Same thing with the Karve and the Rockwell 6C/6S gotta check before you shave

Nah mate...now I know about it I can always bung in a chunk of an old steel ruler as a shim.
Take it out to a 2.15 could be all it needs.
Glad I don't own an R41 though.
