As I mentioned in the sabbatical thread, my wife needs to order shaving brushes for our boys. As this is thier first foray into shaving she is looking for an economical suggestion bit nothing really nasty, any suggestions?

She was thinking of grabbing a couple of body shop synths, but I suggested there might be something else out there.

I only own one brush (a badger from mensbiz) so they cannot use one from my stash, I will be offering them the choice of soap from my drawer and once they get the hang of it, they will switch to DE and can access my blade stash.

Can’t recommend Maseto brushes from eBay enough at that price point personally.

I cannot find that one.

Something like a Frank's brush, are they any good?

Or this and if they didn't like the Jermyn St that would be a shame

Thanks to @58RW's generosity I am now looking for one brush and it isn't as urgent. So some of those maseto's will be finding a new home.

The brats will have a nicer brush than me, oh well that's the way it goes, kids get the good stuff and if I am lucky I can sniff the empty packet.

Teach them how hard we had it at their age, give them a paint brush from the shed!

Thanks everyone, ended up with a Razorock plissoft synthetic, the thought of whinging while they break in a boat was too much to imagine.

Now to get them to choose a soap and work out a post shave routine. One has skin like mine so that will be easy the other has quite oily skin and zits so we will need to work something out.

The eagle has landed. Proof that I am still on sabbatical, two unimpressed looking teenagers.
