This UK vendor stocks both blades. Bulk purchase is also available. Tatra are out of stock at the moment however.
I bought some blades from them earlier in the year (pre Covid) and found them good to deal with.

Yeah, there's a table fanging about somewhere either on this forum or another with some discussion. Helps to explain why the difference performance between blades and razors.
