A new adjustable razor on the market is called Vikings Blade 'The Emperor' and 'The Emperor Augustus', it comes in two different styles in Frosted Chrome and the Vintange Bronze & Cognac

The Rex gets good reviews so maybe I was a bit hasty in my judgement

Dumps on RazoRock's offering if that is the case.

@SpeedyPC you forgot the Crusader Adjustable one as well

@Rami it is advertised as hefty brass so a thick handle around 14mm and up is great in my opinion. Not sure what it is but looks nice and thick.

Wasn't there a post a while back about this company ? A bit of controversy around their products maybe being a rebadge of a Chinese brand?

Zamak ("zinc") baseplate.
But otherwise, looks pretty decent. Good to see another competitor at the middling price range for new adjustables.
Few reviews I've read report varying efficiency and needing to dial it pretty high (7) to get a decent first pass.

OK, I will answer my own question: apparently 85AUD (Beard and Blade and Mensbiz), delivered without even using any discount codes...and it is is a truly tested razor that shaves fantastic.

Brass or Zamak (zinc alloy) bay doors? Can't find any reference to the zinc alloy with this model.
Do you have a confirmed source or clarification please?
