Hey @SpeedyPC any movement on this delivery yet?I've got an email today from Rockwell, saying that the Model T will be shipping my order very soon after almost 2 years worth of very long waiting for my order from the Kickstarter.
Nothing at the moment still haven’t received a tracking number yet, because the delivery still hasn’t been sent yet.Hey @SpeedyPC any movement on this delivery yet?
Well, I got my tracking number a couple of weeks ago and the shipment finally showed up today.
Imagine my excitement when I opened it to find an EMPTY BLOODY BOX. 100 blades and a blade bank, but oops! We forgot to pack the actual razor. Quite a few comments on Kickstarter from people with the same problem. These guys are clowns.
That's fucking ridiculous

We did want to share one quick note on shipping and communication as we’ve begun international shipping. While we’ve done our best to ensure a seamless process to get Model T razors from our facilities into your hands, the nuances and unpredictability of international shipping are bound to intervene in small ways on occasion. We’ve had a few backers mention in the comments their concern that their Model T was misplaced in transit, and we want to help in any of these cases! If you have questions about your Model T shipment, please feel free to reach out to info@rockwellrazors.comand we’ll help out as soon as possible.

OR! Maybe some arsehole from custom or postage department may have hacked your package and stole your Model TYou couldn’t make this shit up!
I’ve emailed them, so we’ll see how long it takes to get sorted. It speaks volumes for their QC, or I should say, the lack thereof...

Well, seems Rockwell despatched a replacement razor the day I emailed them. It’s taken another 21 long days, but it is finally here! They actually exist!
I haven’t had a chance to use it yet, but tomorrow I’ll chuck in a GSB and give it a whirl![]()

OH my God it's alive it's alive. Oh come on only 3 years almost in the making it's now classified as a Vintage Model T like the dam car lolololol. So now to await a local to test run it. Let's hope it's all it hyped up to be. Yet I recently saw video review on it in comparison to the Rex Ambassador and it was not in the same league the Rex being a lot more of a Razor than the T will aspire to for the money.

First impression, it’s hefty and seems to be well put together. The door mechanism is nice and smooth and the adjustment dial was smooth.
I didn’t notice any looseness in the mechanicals, doors are well aligned and even. With a new GSB blade in place, there’s an even amount of blade showing on each side.
Having not used an adjustable previously, I started with it set on #3 and began the shave on a 2-day growth. #3 may have been a little ambitious first up. There was a lot more blade feel than I was expecting, but the first pass was completed with only minor blood loss.
Dialled back to #2 for the second pass and found it similar to my normal shave. Doing the top lip and under the nose was a little awkward. I couldn’t easily use just the edge of the razor under the nose as the doors extend 1-2mm further each side compared to a Standard razor. Ended with a couple of weepers on the lip and chin after this pass.
Did a 3rd pass mainly to clean up around the neck. Stemmed the blood loss with an alum stick.
Overall, quite happy with it, but more practice required to get used to it, and I’ll stick to #2 until I get the hang of it.
