Is there a list around with all the artisan razor makers? Eg blackland, homelike, timeless, tatara, etc. I feel like I learn about razor brands from @Errol more than google.

Unless it is vintage, it seems like he is afraid to try them - maybe cause they will push the new ones down the list ...

How about some more new makers/ sellers/ whatever: Monocero, Blutt, Chiseled Face, Robin. I hope to review each of these before the end of the year

Unless it is vintage, it seems like he is afraid to try them - maybe cause they will push the new ones down the list ...

I think he's already way behind (I think he said the other day he's had the Muramasa for a while, but it's waiting its turn), so he'll probably never have time to explore that particular rabbit-hole...

I'm in awe of his restraint. I don't know how he manages to resist the temptation to rip some of these razors out of their packaging and just have at it.

There‘ no restraint. How do you choose between any razors you’ve not used. I have a rough list and just try and keep close to that. The Muramasa will just have to fit in somewhere.

The bottom plate separates in the horizontal plane as opposed to the Gibbs style where the bottom plate works in the vertical plane.
