Review: Lather for Shaver Heaven Soaps

I got my Shaver Heaven "Barber Shop" in the mail yesterday and I must say I was mightily impressed when I shaved this morning. It lathered up like a champion and is unbelievably slick. I was expecting something called Barber Shop to smell a bit like Proraso but to my nose it doesn't really. Mind you it's been a couple of years since I've used Proraso. It's actually quite lightly scented IMHO which is good as it doesn't fight with your AS of choice, which was today good ole Aqua Velva

Next cab off the rank for me would be the sandalwood. Always been a sucker for that fragrance.

I used a Shaver Heaven soap last week for the first time, and I too was impressed with its slickness. It's great to see yet another Aussie artisan making quality soap to rival the best of them.
