Hi all,
- Hot shower
- Razor : Blacklands Blackbird SS Satin finish.
- Blade : Wizamet. (2)
- Brush : Yaqi caramel cats whiskers synthetic.
- Soap : Michelle’s wool fat new formula.
- Aftershave balm: TN Dickinson’s witch hazel
- Weight : 94 grams.
This morning was the second shave with the Blackbird SS.
No surprize it was even better than two days ago close , smooth and efficient.
This razor have a fair bit of blade feel but I have so far not felt like its going to nick me.
Will use it next shave with the same blade to see if it drops of at all.
The wool fat still does ok in the new formula I reckon.
Lathers up nice and thick but dries out quicker than the old one lack of tallow I guess. (unfortunately don't have the old one)
One pass WTG-ATG no touch ups.

Shave Report: Saponificio Varesino (SV) - Felce Aromatica (Beta 4.3), scent described as: “It opens with the sparkling notes of Bergamot, Lemon and Tangerine. Then we come to the body, characterized by the spiciness of the Ginger root and Sichuan Pepper, all accompanied by the heady freshness of the Bourbon Geranium leaves. The base of the fragrance is a sensual mix of amber notes, Sandalwood, Patchouli and Vetiver.” SV soaps always generate a rich & creamy medium to high density with excellent shaving properties. To my nose the scent is a well blended classy aromatic fougère (fern) spicy aroma, scent strength 5/10. Wonderful clean, smooth and close shave from the RR Hawk & KAI blade.
