About a week ago, I mentioned that it would not be soon before I tried the Amakuni with a Pro Super. I changed my mind. I can do that with no shame. This morning, a rummage in my box of shaving stuff yielded a neglected pack with 3 blades remaining, so out with the Proline and in with the Super.
Boy, what a difference it makes. It doesn't turn this razor into a carnivore, but it does make it sublimely efficient, and a revelation. Looks like I'm going to have to go shopping again...

Brush; Simpson, M7 Butterscotch resin handle with a 22mm Manchurian Badger knot. “Limited Edition’’
Soap; Jack Jarvis; Cadwgawn- Original recipe, from Man of Siam
Razor; Carbon, CX-Graphite (Ti), with an Original (0.68mm) webbed base plate, 49gms.

Post-shave; My Concoction; Wahl Traditional Bay Rum 500mls, Witch Hazel 500mls, Moroccan Argan Oil 100mls, Bay Laurel Essential Oil 25mls, Vit E 5mls, Natural Plant Glycerine 2.5mls and 1.25mls of Tea Tree Oil Antiseptic (Thoroughly mixed together) aftershave/moisturiser splash!! ‘’Superb’’

Attar (Perfume Oil);
Shave; Pleasant shave, the more I use the Cadwgawn, the more I’m impressed with the scent, slickness and post shave feel etc. Along with the Carbon CX/Bic combo no issues, glides through the lovely lather left with the great M7, followed by the splash/moisturiser, no complaints.

Shave; Very pleasant shave, the more I use the Aussie Spoilers the more I enjoy them. I usually only use them in my Aristocrat Gen 1, but thanks to @vitorria, I was gifted 2 packets, so the CX got a turn. The M7 a I only face lather I’m finding great, easily lathers up on all my soaps, though a bit of a ‘’holder’’ but still not broken in, nice finish with the Tundra Artica milk/balm, my favourite SV to date.

Le Père Lucien soaps can be a bit troublesome to load/lather off the puck, but the scoop 'n smoosh approach with the bowl works a treat. And the scent of Rose de Pushkar is glorious.
