I see you are still enjoying Polish Wars from time to time. This is very old school fragrance and 40-50 years ago (I think it is from early 70’s) a lot of man smelled like that. I still have a soft spot for that as this is my childhood memories

The prewash routine is a nice addition to my shave, and I love the smell of the original Pears. I bought this Palmolive on a whim in the store the other day, and I’m quite happy with it. Very easy to use and a nice slippery lather.

Those of us born in the early 60s are more than familiar with some of these (now less popular) scents. My dad always favoured Eau Sauvage (not to be confused with the current Dior Sauvage), but my olfactory memories of that period are as much pervaded by whisky, Pimm's and tobacco smoke - everybody smoked back then.

Yes - I really enjoy the Polish Creams and After Shaves. Others I have are Lider, Brutal, and Bond.
